HobbyStar HCS-4520 High-Torque Competition Coreless Digital Servo

The HobbyStar HCS-4520 is the cleaner race/general version of the 33 kg-class coreless servo, aimed at 1/8 off-road steering, 1/10 performance builds, and other standard-size applications where torque and response matter more than giant travel or waterproof crawling manners.

Comparable high-torque standard HV servos are commonly positioned for 1/10 to 1/8 surface applications, with 1/8 buggy, truggy, SCT, monster truck, and performance steering as the real buyer language. The HCS-4520 fits that lane well: 27 kg.cm / 375 oz-in at 6.0V, 33 kg.cm / 458 oz-in at 7.4V, 0.11 sec/60 deg at 7.4V, coreless motor, and a 120 degree remote control angle.

This is the non-waterproof 120 degree option. That makes it easier to explain for race/general steering than the larger-travel waterproof crawler version. If the build lives in puddles or wants crawler-style waterproofing, choose the waterproof model instead. If it wants a standard-size coreless HV steering servo with sensible travel, this is the better story.
