Shipping rates

Shipping charges are shown at checkout and depend on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

  • General merchandise: $6.50 for orders under $20; $7.20 for orders from $20 through $39.99; and $7.90 for orders from $40 through $69.99.
  • Eligible LiPo-only orders: $8.99 for orders under $70.

Eligible retail orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70 or more after product and order discounts receive free standard shipping. Taxes do not count toward the $70 threshold.

If an order contains products from more than one shipping profile, the applicable charges can be combined below the free-shipping threshold. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Where we ship

RCJuice ships general merchandise to eligible addresses in all 50 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

We do not ship internationally, including to Canada.

Some products—especially lithium batteries—have additional destination and carrier restrictions. Eligible LiPo batteries ship only through USPS Ground Advantage using the required hazardous-materials service to the contiguous 48 states, Washington, DC, and Hawaii. Hawaii shipments travel by surface transportation and can take substantially longer. We cannot ship LiPo batteries to Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, military addresses, Canada, or another international destination.

If checkout does not offer a shipping method for a product and destination combination, we cannot ship that order as entered.

Processing and tracking

RCJuice processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock orders placed by 2 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff normally ship the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.

Orders ship from origin ZIP Code 92126. This is not a public pickup or return location.

We email tracking information when a shipping label is created. Carrier tracking can take some time to show its first scan. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time; transit estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package.

Carriers and estimated transit time

Most RCJuice orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage. We occasionally use UPS Ground, depending on the package and destination. When we use UPS Ground, delivery can take approximately one or two business days longer than the corresponding USPS estimate shown below.

The maps below show expected USPS Ground Advantage service standards from origin ZIP Code 92126. They are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Exceptions, Sundays, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery.

A shaded destination means USPS returned an estimated service standard; it does not mean RCJuice can ship every product there. The destination rules above and the methods available at checkout control eligibility.

For the latest estimate, select the applicable Ground Advantage service and enter origin ZIP Code 92126 in the official USPS Transit Time Map.

USPS applies the 1-lb-and-over service standards to Ground Advantage packages containing hazardous materials. Use the second map when estimating an eligible LiPo shipment, even if the package weighs less than 1 lb.

LiPo batteries

Eligible LiPo batteries ship only through USPS Ground Advantage using the required hazardous-materials service to the contiguous 48 states, Washington, DC, and Hawaii. They cannot be expedited by air. Hawaii shipments travel by vessel and normally follow the 1-lb-and-over USPS map above, even when the package weighs less than 1 lb. If an order contains a LiPo battery, the battery's carrier and destination restrictions apply to the shipment even if another service would normally be available for the other items.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact support@rcjuice.com immediately if an unshipped order needs an address change or cancellation. We will try to help, but once an order is processed or handed to the carrier, we may be unable to change or stop it.

Delays, marked-delivered packages, and damage

If tracking stops moving, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an order arrives damaged, contact support@rcjuice.com with your order number.

For a marked-delivered package, first check the delivery location, household members, nearby entrances, neighbors, and the carrier's delivery details. We will review the tracking and explain the available next step.

Keep all product and shipping packaging if an order arrives damaged. Photos of the shipping box, label, internal packaging, and product help us document the problem and any carrier claim.
