Shipping policy

We are currently unable to ship LiPo batteries to all locations other than the lower 48 states, any order to the lower 48 will still ship without interruption. We are working to secure a new method of delivery to other locations and apologize for the inconvenience this pause in service may cause. All packages containing LiPo batteries will ship via ground-shipping methods only, Priority service is unavailable for LiPo batteries.

Our Shipping Policy is simple, if your order subtotal is over $70.00, then shipping to you is FREE!! If your subtotal is under $70.00 you pay a low flat rate of $9.99 for the same fast shipping service.

These rates apply to the lower 48, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Most orders ship via USPS but may go FedEx or UPS if a larger order.

International Shipping. We temporarily suspend shipping internationally due to transition to the new e-commerce platform to avoid potential complications. We will revisit the international shipping as soon as possible.

Shipping Schedule. We aim to ship all orders on business days as quickly as possible. Place your order before 1 PM Pacific Time, and we’ll ship it the same day. Orders received after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day. While we strive to follow this rule as best as we could, please note that on rare occasions, emergencies might delay shipping by a day. Rest assured, we're committed to getting your order to you promptly.

Lost Package Claims. If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. However, before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service the full time allotted for delivery. Here is the timetable for tracing lost packages:

  • USPS Express Mail - 10 business days from the day the order was shipped
  • USPS Priority Mail/Parcel Ground - 14 business days from the day the order was shipped
  • USPS First Class Mail - 21 business days from the day the order was shipped
  • USPS International - 40-120 business days from the day the order was shipped

Please allow us 2 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package.
