One-Year Limited Warranty

New products purchased at retail directly from RCJuice are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from delivery. This includes rcjuice.com and RCJuice-operated Amazon, eBay, and Walmart storefronts. Proof of purchase is required.

What is covered

If RCJuice confirms a covered defect, we may replace the product with the same product, offer a comparable replacement with your agreement, or refund the amount paid when a replacement is unavailable. We may work with the manufacturer on the claim.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by crashes, water exposure, improper storage, misuse, incorrect installation or setup, operation outside the product's published specifications, an incompatible component, or a modification or repair.

Battery damage caused by improper charging, overcharging, over-discharging, excessive current, or improper storage is not covered.

Opening a product, using a third-party component, or having someone else service it does not by itself cancel the warranty. Burned, melted, or overheated products are reviewed case by case.

How to start a claim

Email support@rcjuice.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the product name, a description of the problem, photos or video when practical, and relevant setup details. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting first.

SKYRC products normally must be returned to RCJuice before replacement. For other brands, we may decide after troubleshooting that a return is unnecessary.

Stop using any unsafe product. Do not mail a LiPo battery until RCJuice gives you shipping instructions.

Warranty shipping

For an accepted defective-product return requested within 30 days, RCJuice provides a prepaid label under our Refund Policy.

After 30 days, the customer normally pays shipping to RCJuice. If the defect is covered, RCJuice pays standard replacement shipping. If it is not covered, we will explain the result and return-shipping charge before sending the product back.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
