Heat problems usually introduce themselves right before something expensive stops being a component and becomes a lesson. The SKYRC iTV500 Mini HeatVision gives RC drivers a pocket-size way to see surface temperature instead of guessing by touch, smell, or that tiny voice saying "probably fine."

Designed for RC tuning and troubleshooting, this compact thermal imager helps you check motors, engines, ESCs, battery packs, connectors, tires, and other RC model surfaces without contact. The 32 x 24 FIR sensor, 1.83" capacitive touchscreen, and automatic hot/cold spot marking make it easy to spot abnormal heat during setup, testing, or pit work.

Adjustable emissivity from 0.01 to 1.00 helps match readings to different materials, while White Hot, Ironbow, and Rainbow palettes let you view heat in the format that makes sense for the job. It is USB-C rechargeable, weighs about 38g, and measures from -20°C to 300°C with ±2.0°C accuracy under proper conditions.

For high accuracy, stay within 20cm of the target and treat low-emissivity surfaces like bare metal as recommended.
