SKYRC LapWiz - T02 Enhanced Transponder

If you want more infrared coverage when adding another car to LapWiz, choose the SKYRC LapWiz T02 Enhanced Transponder. Its two infrared emitters provide broader coverage than the T01's single emitter, giving the timing unit more opportunity to detect the car as it passes.

The T02 takes DC 3-15V from a spare receiver channel through a JR/Futaba plug. Its controller measures 20x17x7mm, with a wired dual-emitter assembly you can position where the timing unit can see it. Power comes from the receiver, so there is no separate transponder battery to remember.

Use it on indoor or outdoor tracks with approximately 4-10m infrared range, depending on conditions. The emitters still need a clear path to the timing unit, and a test pass is part of setup.

This is an additional transponder only, SKYRC part number SK-600168-02. A LapWiz timing unit and compatible phone or tablet are required separately.
